We want you to be satisfied with your Paperstreet purchase. This policy outlines the refund process for our digital products.
Web Purchases (via Paddle)
All web purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, who acts as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all refund requests for web transactions.
Refund window: You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if:
- The virtual currency was not delivered to your account
- You experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using the purchased feature
- You were charged in error or for a duplicate purchase

iOS Purchases (via Apple)
In-app purchases made through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's refund policy. To request a refund for an iOS purchase, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are generally not provided if:
- You have already used the purchased paper money for trading
- More than 14 days have passed since the purchase
- The request is for a change of mind after using the feature
Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method.
